I have started my list of winter jobs with laying 20 meters of quite mature hazel, a very satifying day’s work.  However it is a long hedge and there are already a lot of thinings to tidy up! A bit more to go…

The mild chaos that comes from building a new pond: piles of earth and stone has attracted a baby rabbit to make its home right in the middle of the garden.  Thats what they say…. tidy gardening isn’t good for wildlife!
